Jonathan Harris PA-C
Jon grew up in Mesa, AZ. He went to school at MCC and NAU. Jon attended PA school at university of Saint Francis and has practiced medicine in family practice, urgent care, geriatric medicine and dermatology. His favorite topic in medicine is the connection of diseases to obesity and Jon is passionate about helping people manage their weight. He has counseled with and succeeded in helping innumerable people to reach their weight loss goals.
Jon loves interacting with people and making each patient feel that they have hope that their condition can be managed or cured.
Jon loves all things outdoors and enjoys spending time there with his wife and 6 kids.
Dr. Coy Johnston
Coy grew up in mesa, az. He attended mcc and asu studying music and business. He played lead saxophone in the yaman jazz syndicate. He graduated from medical in 2010 from ross university. He then completed residency in family practice from the university of wisconsin at wausau. He has worked in hospitals, emergency rooms, and run family practice clinics for 13 year. Coy moved to show low, az in 2019. Coy has worked in many fields including: pest control, business management, accounting, construction, as a bus driver, and is an accomplished musician. Coy’s life experience and down-to-earth approach will fit the needs of almost any patient.

Henry is open to everyone regardless of gender. To use Henry you must be:
- ) 18 years old or older.
- ) A resident or physically in one of the states that we provide services to.
- ) A demonstrated medical need for treatment. For some conditions (such as Hormone Therapy) this means recent lab results (if you need diagnostic lab work done, we can help).
Henry is designed to be more than a telehealth platform, but still simple for our clients. You can start treatment in three easy-steps.
- ) Complete a medical intake and (if necessary) have lab work done to verify a medical need for treatment.
- ) Speak to your new healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment.
- ) If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30-days, or 60-days, or 90-days from a mail order pharmacy provider (depending on your provider’s decision).
We want to enable you to form a long-term connection with Henry so that we can provide ongoing care for your specific condition. With that in mind, Henry is designed for patients seeking long-term care.
After completing your medical intake forms our team will schedule your telehealth appointment with your provider. Your provider will complete a 2-way audiovisual (telehealth) appointment with you on Doxy, a HIPAA compliant telehealth system.
Essentially you will have a video call with the provider.
